Western have been awarded the groundworks contract for the state of the art refurbishment of the old rail house building adjacent to Piccadilly Train Station in Manchester. On completion, the site will bring approximately 125,000 sq ft of high specification office accommodation to the market and the building will meet the highest environmental standards.
