Western will continue further their strong relationship with Ocon Construction after being awarded the External Works Contract at the Opal 3 student accommodation site in Sheffield. The work involves the installation of retaining walls, new paving, courtyards, landscaping and street furniture etc and will ensure that the external areas of the completed building are in keeping with other developments completed in Sheffield in recent months.
The award of the contract also ensures that Western will have had a presence on site from the very start of the project in January 2008 to its expected completion date in August 2009.
